Abstract

The objective of this research are 1) to know whether the agriculture advisor human resources management function, include training and development function, career development function, performance value function and salary function, in Forestry, Fishery and Agriculture Advisory Coordination Corps, South Sumatera has been done effectively and efficiently and 2) to know the efforts that can make the agriculture advisory human resources development management function in that corps can be done effectively and efficiently. Research finding has shown that agriculture advisor human resources development management function, include training and development function, career development function, performance value function, salary function in Forestry, Fishery and Agriculture Advisory Coordination Corps, South Sumatera has not been done effectively and efficiently yet. It proved by inventions from those four functions. In order to make the agriculture advisor human resources management function in that corps can be done effectively and efficiently, the writer gave recommendations to improve agriculture advisor human resources management function in Forestry, Fishery and Agriculture Advisory Coordination Corps, South Sumatera in the future.
