Abstract

One of important thing in Hwnan Resources development is discipline factor, because can be impact to achievement for the employee in the company. If in compare with education world, especially in the university so discipline of the lecturer influence to student achievement To make the presention of the lecturer can run welI, need a technology information system which is support the presention of discipline for the lecturer. Presention from discipline of a lecturer that base on improve the facilities that can increase discipline the lecturer. Until, it can influence to student achievement
