Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). To assess the effectiveness in giving of credit which have been specified by company, 2). To assess efficiency in giving of credit which have been specified by company, and 3). To assess economic in giving of credit which have been specified by company. The result show that of analysis indicate that procedure giving of credit Program Kemitraan and Bina Lingkungan PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam ( Persero) Tbk. Tanjung Enim is not yet effective, because still there are weakness. One of the problem of faced by that is loan have problem. In order to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and is economic of company operation, writer suggest that company more selective do assessment candidate of Mitra Binaan in order to channeling of Program Kemitraan fund and optimal is monitoring and also construction of Mitra Binaan.
