Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan humas PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Kota Palembang dalam sosialisasi dana santunan bagi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dan penumpang umum. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara mendalam kepada kepala bagian humas dan hukum PT. Jasa Raharja Kota Palembang dan staf ahli di kehumasan PT. Jasa Raharja Kota Palembang.Serta melakukan observasi di unit Humas PT. Jasa Raharja Kota Palembang . Dimensi yang digunakan menurut Rosady Ruslan adalah communicator ( penghubung pesan), relationship (membina hubungan), manajemen back up (manajemen pendukung) dan corporate image (membangun citra). Berdasarkan data yang telah di peroleh dapat dilihat bahwa dimensi communicator (penghubung) relationship (membina hubungan), manajemen back up (manajemen pendukung) dan corporate image (membangun citra), dapat disimpulkan baik karena Peranan Humas Dalam memberikan Informasi kepada Masyarakat Kota Palembang telah berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada hambatan. Kata kunci: Humas, Wartawan, informasi, communicator , relationship, manajemen back up dan corporite image. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the role of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) public relations in Palembang city in socializing compensation funds for traffic accident victims and public passengers. Data collection techniques used are in-depth conversation with the head of the public relations and legal department of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero), the expert staff in public relations of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) and make observation in the public relations's unit PT. Jasa Raharja ( Persero). Dimensions are used according to Rosady Rusian are communicator, relationship, back up management and corporate image. Based on data collected it shown that the dimensions of communicator, relationship, back up management and corporate image can be conclude well because the role of public relations in providing information to the people of Palembang city runs smoothly without any obstacles.
