Abstract

The Influence of watching youtube online reviews of smartphone xiaomi redmi note 7 on purchase intention (Study of Communication Sciences Students at Sriwijaya University, Palembang Campus) this study was conducted to determine the effect of watching video of online review on purchase intention of students, the method used in this study is a quantitative method. Give to 84 respondents, students of Communication Sciences, Sriwijaya University, Palembang campus. Data collecting in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires, observation and literature study. Based on the results of the analysis of this study it can be seen that of all the dimensions that exist attention, appreciation, duration, frequency, understanding, information, quality, price. The average score obtained are 300 and and the average percentage is 71.5% from X variable included in the Good category, and obtaining score of 279 and an average percentage of 66% on Y variable which is included in the Sufficient category. And the calculated value of t is 11.97 and the value of t table is 1.9893. Then t count 11.97> t table 1.9893. From this it can be stated that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between watching the online review of Youtube Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Smartphone on student purchase intention.
