Abstract

Measuring public sector performance can not only defined in financial terms, but also non-financial terms, in public sector organizations implemented performance measurement to improve decision making and accountability. Performance measurement with the Balanced Scorecard approach to produce a good performance. This illustrates that the performance of which have been considered either a new fact achieve good results when measured using the Balanced Scorecard method For that is expected in subsequent years UNSRI also uses the concept of Balanced Scorecard in measuring its performance, so that the qualitative aspects that has not received attention can be taken into consideration and enhanced its ability to achieve better performance.
