Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Hard Skill on the Employee Performance of PT. Golden Blossom Sumatra. The population in this study is the total number of factory employees at PT. Sumatran Golden Blossom totaling 93 people. The sampling technique uses random Sampling technique and Determination of the number of samples based on Slovin formula where there are 48 people from the population used as samples. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Data is processed using SPSS Version: 23. The results of this study indicate that Hard Skill has a positive and significant effect of 59.5% on employee performance while 40.5% the rest is influenced by other variables that are not examined.
