Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman guru terhadap penilaian berbasis Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) dalam pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian merupakan guru yang mengajar kelas VI Sekolah Dasar di Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 8 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru sekolah dasar di kota Palembang sudah 71,87% dalam kategori baik. Namun, pemahaman guru ketika membedakan soal HOTS dan bukan HOTS menunjukkan kategori cukup dengan 57,5% guru dapat membedakan soal HOTS. 78,125% guru masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS untuk pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ini perlu dikembangkan panduan untuk menyusun instrumen penialian berbasis HOTS untuk pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman, penilaian, HOTS.
