Abstract

ABSTRACK This study was caused with some phenomenas were mechanism PIP receiver proposal is not optimal yet. Utilization of PIP fund was not suitable of guide implementation, and lack understanding the parents at PIP implementation. The phenomenas was setting in guide implementation at Indonesia Pintar Programme in year 2018. The study purposed to know the process of wisdom implementation of Indonesia Pintar Programme at SMP Negeri 7 Indralaya Utara. Kind of study was descriptive study using qualitative method. The kind and date source that used were primary data and secondary data, while technique of collecting the data done by observation technique, documentation and interview. This study used a model of implementation theory which has said by George C. Edward III connected that success a program was affected to communication variable, resource, disposition, and bureau cratic structure as for the result of PIP implementation research at SMP Negeri 7 Indralaya Utara did not go optimally yet because mechanism of assignee KIP was not going well, still there where students who did not get PIP aid and the lack socialization is done related to PIP.
