Abstract
This study aims to determine the differences in the self-efficacy of junior and senior teachers in responding to mathematics learning innovations in elementary schools. This research was conducted in 10 elementary schools in Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods with comparative research designs. The sample of this study were 48 respondents consisting of 24 junior teachers and 24 senior teachers. The researcher uses the proportinate statified random sampling technique to determine the number of subjects in the study. Data collection techniques are using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is the t test formula. Hypothesis test results show that Thitung 34> Ttable 1.6 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there are differences in the self-efficacy of junior and senior teachers in responding to the innovation of high grade mathematics learning in Palembang elementary school.
