Abstract

Maraknya tindakan fraud yang terjadi yang terungkap dibeberapa tahun ini menjadi perhatian mata publik. Pengungkapan yang terjadi salah satunya didukung dengan adanya Whistleblowing System. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan whistleblowing system terhadap pencegahan fraud di Kantor Pusat Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Kantor Pusat Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus slovin yang memperoleh 83 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan whistleblowing system berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan fraud.
