Abstract

PPN atas KMS diatur dalam PMK No.39 Tahun 2010 yang telah diubah dalam PMK No.163 Tahun 2012 yang mengatur tentang pelaksanaan pemungutan PPN atas KMS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kontribusi realisasi kegiatan membangun sendiri dibawah angka 1% dan untuk melihat penerapan pajak pertambahan nilai atas kegiatan membangun sendiri dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksaan pemungutan PPN atas KMS belum maksimal sehingga penerimaan PPN atas KMS menjadi menurun.
