Abstract

Informatics Management is a Diploma course in Computer Science at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. The Informatics Management study program uses chat applications through groups to deliver academic schedule information, and it takes a long time to find information submitted related to chatting by others who have just entered. In this research, an Android Application Based Academic Schedule for Information Management Students in Sriwijaya University is proposed. The application can help the Information Management admin to provide information on academic schedules to Information Management students, so that Information Management students can receive academic schedule information without taking a long time. Android application information about academic schedules created using the Java programming language, xml, PHP and using the MySQL Database Keywords: Information, Academic Schedule, Efficient, Android.
