Abstract

Catering reservations are an activity carried out to buy products in the form of food packages as well as equipment such as plates, spoons, tents and others. At Aisyah Catering, the catering booking process is carried out by consumers by coming directly to the location or Aisyah Catering receives telephone calls from consumers. Based on interviews with related parties, in the catering process there are several customers who complained about the ordering process in connection with the purchase, labor and more costs. Even in the case of recording booking data, it is considered ineffective because the data collection is still conventional. This risks detecting errors. As a solution to this problem, the authors make a food ordering website at Palembang's catering catering mobile website to assist in the process of ordering food by customers as well as managing catering booking data by Aisyah Catering Palembang. In this study the method used is extreme programming. In making this site the authors use the php language in the programming site and MySQL as a place to store data. This web site has been created to streamline time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing web sites built according to user needs.
