Abstract

PT. Bayu Perkasa Propertindo is a company engaged in home sales. The current system at PT. Bayu Perkasa Propertindo has several shortcomings, such as recording and calculation done manually, data mismatch, calculation of the number of sales due to human error and requires a long time in the process of making sales reporting. This study aims to assist in data processing such as sales transactions and report generation. To support this research, the method of data collection is carried out by means of studies to the library and interviews. The results of the study were to make it easier for the parties of PT. Bayu Perkasa Propertindo in processing sales transaction data and can shorten the time in preparing reports.
