Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship of non-financial performance measurements with managerial performance, and how is the effect of the mediating interpersonal trust and role clarity in the relationship. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collection techniques through saturated samples. The subjects in this study were conducted on all managers in the work unit of Perum Jamkrindo in region II which included 27 respondents. Data analysis was performed through variance-based structural equation modeling with the analytical tool used was PLS (partial least square). The results showed that non-financial performance measurement had a significant direct relationship with managerial performance, interpersonal trust, and role clarity. role clarity had a significant direct relationship with managerial performance, so that it mediates the significant relationship between managerial performance measurement on managerial performance, but this study could not prove that interpersonal trust had a significant direct relationship with managerial performance, so that interpersonal trust is not proven to mediate the relationship between non-financial performance measurement and managerial performance.
