Abstract

The purpose of this research was appropriate gave the best result supplementation of Soluble Carbohydrate (SCH) and protein with gradedly ammonized Total Mixed Fiber (TMF) as basal ration on digestibility of fiber fraction including Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) digestibility, Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) digestibility, hemicellulose digestibility and cellulose digestibility by in vitro. This research was conducted from October to November 2019 in the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Food, Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The design used in this study is a Completely Randomly Designed (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment of SCH and protein ration supplementation on gradedly ammonized TMF as basal ration is P1 : without supplementation of SCH and protein, P2 : 600g SCH and 300g protein (2:1), P3 : 900g SCH and 300g protein (3:1). Parameters mesured are NDF digestibility, ADF digestibility, hemicellulose digestibility and cellulose digestibility by in vitro. The results showed of SCH and protein supplementation with gradedly ammonized TMF as basal ration that significant effect (P <0.05) of the NDF digestibility, ADF digestibility, hemicellulose digestibility and cellulose digestibility by in vitro. It was conclution that supplementation SCH and protein with gradedly ammonized TMF as basal ration was treated P3 with a balance 900g SCH and 300g protein (3:1) capable increasing NDF digestibility of 40.85%, ADF digestibility of 40.97%, hemicellulose digestibility of 53.43% and cellulose digestibility of 30.69%.
