Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pusat Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 40 employee and a purposive sampling method by taking the populations according to the criteria as respondents and This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that the training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. For PT Pegadaian (Persero) Central Branch Palembang it is recommended to pay attention and improve the training in order to improve the quality of employee performance.
