Abstract

PT. Servo Lintas Raya adalah perusahaan swasta nasional di bawah naungan Titan Group yang bergerak di bidang pengangkutan dan penjualan batubara. PT. Servo Lintas Raya ini menjual produk berupa batubara yang telah dilakukan crushing (crushed coal). PT. Servo Lintas Raya ini memiliki jalan angkut batubara sendiri sepanjang 110 km, jalan itu membentang di tiga kabupaten, yakni Lahat, Muara Enim dan Palembang. Terdapat 3 intermediate stockpile yang terletak di km 107, 36 dan 0. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah produksi unit crushing plant di intermediate stockpile km 107 belum secara optimal tercapai dikarenakan kinerja dari unit crushing plant sering mengalami hambatan, agar produksi crushed coal yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan dapat terpenuhi, maka diperlukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja unit crushing plant. Hasil penghitungan diketahui bahwa waktu kerja efektif di unit crushing plant sebesar 349,98 jam dari waktu tersedia 720 jam dengan efisiensi kerja sebesar 51 %. Berdasarkan perhitungan ketersediaan unit crushing plant, didapatkan nilai Mechanical Availability (MA) 93,12%, Physical Availability (PA) 96,2%, Use of Availability (UA) 53,42%. Dari hasil pengamatan dan perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan produksi di bulan September 2019 adalah sebesar 103,050.52 ton/bulan. Hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi di unit crushing plant berupa hambatan mekanis dan hambatan non mekanis.
