Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of job stress in employees performance at Association Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center In Budi Perkasa Palembang. The population in this research were implicated all employees of Association Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center In Budi Perkasa Palembang, Association Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center In Budi Perkasa Palembang that in total 47 people and this sampling was using saturated sampling (census), the respondens in this study was the employees of Association Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center In Budi Perkasa Palembang, Rehabilitation Center In Budi Perkasa Palembang in total 47 people. This research used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between job stress on employees performance. The results showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Budi Perkasa Palembang Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center, therefore employees must be able to control emotional levels in their daily work environment and for the leader of the Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center Budi Perkasa Palembang in order to continue optimize and evaluate employees so that there are no psychological disorders such as attitudes and physical.
