Abstract

This research is about "Correlation of Income Expectations on Entrepreneurial Interest in 2016 Batch of Social and Political Sciences Students at Sriwijaya University". This research is a quantitative research that is associative in nature. Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The scale used in the questionnaire is the Likert scale. The number of respondents in this study was 59 respondents. Data Analysis Techniques using the person product moment formula. The results showed there was an influence of income expectations on entrepreneurial interest in the 2016 batch of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sriwijaya University, indicated by the results of the Product Moment Correlation test which showed (rcount) 0.657>0.252 (rtable) and the amount of influence tested through the Determination Coefficient of 43.20%.
