Abstract

The development of the increasingly rapid and global times like today, information is one of the most important for a company or department. One way to maintain the continuity of the company is to provide fast, precise and clear information within the company. In the education and training department, the education and training center needs to have a system for delivering information that can improve the quality of employee performance because some problems occur because employees find it difficult to get information on ongoing training. The problems that exist in the education and training department of PT.Pupuk Sriwijaya's education and training center are the employees who are still difficult to know the training schedule and the admin is still difficult to make decisions for ongoing training and employees must come to the department first. Then the education and training center department of education and training still have difficulty in collecting employee data to participate in training. Therefore the education and training center department of education and training pt. Sriwidjaya fertilizer requires a decision support system that applies the web-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which aims to make it easier for employees and the education and training center's education and training departments to process training schedules more quickly and efficiently.
