Abstract
A hydroponic nutrient control system has been designed based on the Electrical Conductivity (EC) parameter of water using fuzzy logic control. This system functions to predict the amount of volume of supplemented water with a low or high EC value added to achieve the EC value of water in the reservoir according to the input target. The addition of water is done by flowing it with the principle of gravity and through a water flow sensor with a flow shutoff using a solenoid valve. When the conductivity sensor detects that the EC value of the stored water is not in accordance with the desired EC, the solenoid valve will open the flow and flow the water through the waterflow sensor until the volume of increasing water that is flowed is in accordance with the predictions of the control system. prediction control system based on fuzzy logic control output multiplied by the volume of water in the reservoir that is predicted by the ultrasonic sensor. After the addition process is complete, continue by activating the stirring pump in the reservoir to help the water mixing process evenly. The experimental results show that this system is running well and can keep the EC value in the reservoir close to the target value with an average error of 2.66% and this system can be monitored and controlled remotely using the Blynk application.
