Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of the Work Environment on employee performance at PT. Musi Lestari Indo Makmur. The population of this study is the entire number of employees of PT. Musi Lestari Indo Makmur, amounting to 97 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the Work Environment on employee performance
