Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Fauhan Logistics. The population of this study is the entire number of employees of PT. Fauhan Logistics totaling 35 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample (census), the sample of this study was 35 people, all employees of PT. Fauhan Logistics. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between work stress on employee performance.
