Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Leverage dan Capital Intensity Ratio terhadap Manajemen Pajak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan yang bersumber dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website perusahaan tersebut. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 190 data yang dapat diolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25.0. Variabel good corporate governance di proxy oleh dewan komisaris, dewan direksi dan komite audit. Dewan komisaris dan komite audit berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak, sedangkan dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak. Dan untuk variabel leverage berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak sedangkan variabel capital intensity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak. Kata kunci: Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit, Leverage, Capital Intensity Ratio, Manajemen Pajak
