Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This study took place in PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Cabang Palembang. The population in this study are all employee of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Cabang Palembang that is 135 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method, by taking 63 employee as respondents on this study. This reseacrh used primary data was obtained through questionnares. The data analysis technique used is the simple regression analysis method. The conclusion in this study is job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) Palembang Branch. The company ought to give a better sallary which according to the minimum wage and committing transparency while doing the job promotion so that the job satisfaction of the employee could increase. Employees are also should improve discipline and quality of work.
