Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of Employment positions on the employee’s achievement in the Demang Branch of PT. Bank Central Asia Palembang. The population of this research were 78 employees and as the respondents of the Sample using Probability Sampling Approach were 40 employees. this research utilise the primary data that was collected by distributing Questionnaires. The analytical technique was the simple linear regression analytical method. This research has shown that appropriate employment positions have positive and significant impact on the work placement and employees’ performance. For company, recommend to should place their employees on the right positions in accordance to the employees’ education background as well as the employees’ knowledge and skills in order to optimise the employees’ performance in the company.
