Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance on firm value. Good corporate governance variables used are managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners and audit committee, while firm value uses tobin's q. The data in this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study are various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership and the board of directors have a significant effect on firm value. The board of commissioners and the audit committee do not have a significant effect on firm value.
