Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja non fisik (hubungan atasan dengan bawahan) pada PT. Perkebunan Hasil Musi Lestari Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 177 orang karyawan dan sampel di tentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, sebanyak 65 responden dengan menggunakan metode Proportional Stratified Random Sampling atau sampel acak berstrata. Dan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Hasil Musi Lestari Kabupaten Musi Rawas di sarankan untuk memperhatikan lingkungan kerja non fisik guna meningkatkan kualitas semangat kerja karyawan.
