Abstract
Information technology is increasingly being used as a proponent of business processes and provides many benefits in various organizations. This research was intended to analyze the accceptance of E-Filing using the UTAUT method to the E-filing users or tax-payers in the city of palembang. The variables used in this study are performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, facilitating condition, use behaviors, and behavior intention.In this research, 195 respondents were successfully collected as E-Filing users in Palembang, but only 188 were valid and reliable and can be used for more processing. Data was obtained from the deployment of Google form through some social media and our direct distribution of questionnaires to offices in Palembang. This research used quantitative approach as a method, and the analysis technique used statistical tests of validity and reliability using rasch model, path analysis, and the classic assumption test. The results of this research have concluded that there is significant impact of performance expectancy towards behavioral intention, there is significant impact of effort expectancy towards behavioral intention, no significant impact of social influence towards behavioral intention, there is significant impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, mediated by behavioral intention, towards use behavior, there is significant impact of facilitating condition towards use behavior Keyword: E-Filing, UTAUT, RASCH Model, User Acceptance
