Abstract

A strategic plan is a process of analyzing, formulating, and evaluating the problems that exist in the company so that it can minimize threats either from outside or within the company. Based on data from the Methadone Clinic at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province in 2017 and 2018, the percentage of visits by drug patients was 1,212 (72%) in 2017 with a target of 3,075 and in 2018 2,126 (88%) with a target of 2,400, patient visits from 2017 and 2018 decreased by 3.8%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategic plan at the hospital's Methadone Clinic in a visit to a drug patient at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province. This research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, with 13 respondents. And the stages of strategy formulations, IFAS and EFAS matrices, Cartesian diagram of SWOT analysis, SWOT strategy. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS matrix results from the calculation of weight and rating, the results are 3,1 and the EFAS matrix is 2,83. greater than external factors. Based on the SWOT matrix, it was concluded that the strategies applied to methadone clinics were increasing science and technology, providing training for human resources, collaborating with other agencies, collaborating with other institutions, promoting to the community, collaborating with other sectors, motivating and provide new ideas for human resources, improve the service system in the methadone clinic.
