Abstract

One of the information technology that has been used in PT. Mandiri Finance Indonesia is information system payment application or SIAP. The purpose of this study is to access the maturity level of financial application information system at PT. Mandiri Finance Indonesia in this research will be calculated by using Maturity Model and by using COBIT 4.1 framework to give evaluation result and recommendation that can be used as reference to make improvement. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 5 respondents who are directly related to system. Result from the calculation of the questionnaire showed that the the current maturity level (as-is) for DS11 is 2.7 and expected maturity level (to-be) is 3.97, so the gap between the maturity level is 1.2. While the current maturity level (as-is) for DS13 is 2.96 and the expected maturity level (to-be) is 4.24 so the gap between the maturity level is 1.28.
