Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di UPTD Balai Pengawasan Sertifikasi Benih TPH Prov. Sumsel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Definisi oprasional dari insentif menggunakan pandangan Suwatno dan Priansa dengan 2 indikator yaitu insentif material dan insentif non material. Sedangkan kinerja menggunakan pandangan Setiawan dan Kartika dengan 4 indikator yaitu ketepatan penyelesaian tugas, kesesuaian jam kerja, tingkat kehadiran dan kerjasama antar pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di UPTD tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan acara menyebarkan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Data analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di UPTD Balai Pengawasan Sertifikasi Benih TPH Prov.Sumsel. This study aims to look at the effect of incentives on the performance of Civil Servants in UPTD Balai Pengawasan Sertifikasi Benih TPH Prov. Sumsel. This type of research is quantitative research. The operational definition of incentives uses the views of Suwatno and Priansa with 2 indicators namely material incentives and non-material incentives. While the performance uses the view of Setiawan and Kartika with 4 indicators namely the accuracy of task completion, suitability of working hours, the level of attendance and collaboration between employees. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people who are Civil Servants at the UPTD. The technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that incentives had a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants in UPTD Balai Pengawasan Sertifikasi Benih TPH Prov.Sumsel.
