Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kayuagung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kayuagung dengan sampel penelitian yaitu perawat PNS di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kayuagung. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 52 orang perawat. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampling (Proportional Random Sampling). Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kayu Agung.
