Abstract

The learning process in the training program at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja palembang city takes place in the classroom, and in the practical section the participants have prepared a place and the necessary tools. The use of technology in the field of learning is an innovation when learning media can be accessed by someone anytime and anywhere. The application of a learning management system in the Palembang training program will be more helpful in understanding and also explaining in terms of theory or practice. The search for a learning management system for an implementation design for the research site uses a need from the organization and is also assisted by the ISO/IES 9126 quality standard and Analytical Hierarchy Process in its search. The Talentlms learning management system is a recommendation for the Learning management system that will be applied to the Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota palembang.
