Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance of human resource division at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim. The population in this research is all employees in the human resource division at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim amounting to 62 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data retrieval method used in this research is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The analytical techniques used are simple linear regression analyses. The results showed the coefisien correlation of 0.700, this suggests that work satisfaction has a strong relationship with employee performance on Human Resource Division at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim. In a known hypothesis that the job training is positive and significant to the performance of employee on human resource division at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim.
