Methods: This type of research was descriptive observational by evaluating 410 panoramic radiographs that contained errors from patients aged 18-80 years in the period October-February 2020. Panoramic radiograph errors were categorized based on equipment preparation errors, patient preparation errors, and patient positioning errors. Results: Evaluation of 410 radiographs showed 862 errors with most errors were patient positioning (99,19%) which consisted of horizontal error (34,92%), tongue positioning error (33,18%), and vertical error (16,24%). Erorrs associated with exposure problems and apron/ thyroid shield artifact were not found in this study.
