Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan acesulfame potaassium dengan kapasitas 12.000 ton/tahun ini berdiri pada tahun 2023 di Cibodas, Tangerang, Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4 ha. Proses pembuatan acesulfame potassium menggunakan reaktor jenis stirred tank reactor. Reaksi berjalan pada kondisi operasi temperature 15 – 40 oC dan tekanan 1 atm dengan reaksi: H2N-SO3H + N(C2H5)3 H2N-SO3-.HN+(C2H5)3 H2N-SO3-.HN+(C2H5)3 + (CH2CO)2 CH3COCH2CONHSO3-.HN+(C2H5)3 CH3COCH2CONHSO3-.HN+(C2H5)3 + 5 SO3 C4H4O2SO2NH.(SO3)4 + HSO4-.HN+(C2H5)3 C4H4O2SO2NH.(SO3)4 + HSO4-.HN+(C2H5)3 + H2O C4H4O2SO2NH + 4 H2SO4 + HSO4-.HN+(C2H5)3 C4H4O2SO2NH + KOH C4H4O2SO2N-K+ + H2O Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik acesulfame potassium ini layak didirikan dengan perincian sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 26.739.863,07 • Selling Price per Year = US$ 69.362.880,00 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 42.300.814,85 • Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) = US$ 18.943.445,60 • Pay out time = 1,32 tahun • Rate of return on investment = 70,84% • Discounted cash flow = 44,97% • Break even point = 23,79% • Service life = 11 tahun
