Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian intern ganti rugi pembebasan tanah dan tanam tumbuh pada PT Medco E&P Indonesia dan melihat apakah ganti rugi pembebasan tanah dan tanam tumbuh pada PT Medco E&P Indonesia telah beijalan sesuai prosedur. Objek penulisan skripsi adalah PT Medco E&P Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari hasil wawancara dengan Lead of Sumatra Accounting dan tim Public Affair dan data sekunder diperoleh langsung dari bagian keuangan berupa dokumen ganti rugi juga peraturan yang berlaku. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif. Hasil penulisan skripsi menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan ganti rugi pembebasan tanah dan tanam tumbuh sudah beijalan dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Namun dalam kegiatannya masih membutuhkan perhatian karena ditemukan bahwa proses kegiatan belum taat terhadap prosedur flowchart yang di atur di dalam Policy & Procedure Manual No. SPEC-36.
