Abstract

Based on background research, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the Compliance Audit (Compliance Audit) of the Employee Health Care Payment Policy on PT Nusantara Plantation VII (Limited) District Banyuasin if it is undertaken in accordance with the rules set. Objectives to be achieved in this study was to determine how the implementation of the Compliance Audit (Compliance Audit) of the Employee Health Care Payment Policy if it is properly executed in accordance with the regulations set out the Company and to find out irregularities/ weaknesses that may occur in the analysis implementation. Based on the analysis has been performed, the authors draw the conclusion that the employees’ health care payment policy has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of the company but there are still weaknesses in the implementation. As for suggestions that may be beneficial for the company is for company you should check on the limited scope of the child/birth that has been set by the company, employees should be more careful to the document the filing of restitution, as well as its more active in disseminating the benefits of the regulation of health facilities.
