Abstract
Based on the background research, the formulation of the problem in this study is: Does the evaluation of human resource management audit have a role to increase the performance of employees at PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the audit evaluation of human resource management to the enhancement performance of employees at PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera Palembang. Data collection of this study used observational and interview to employees and management. Furthermore, the data was obtained and collected primary and secondary data. On the other, analyzing technique which been used was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research which had been done to provide information that the evaluation of human resource management audit conducted by PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera Palembang has not a role optimal yet to employee performance enhancement.
