Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang “Tingkat Kepuasan Penggunaan Aplikasi Tinder Dalam Mencari Teman Kencan Online Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat komperatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Skala yang digunakan dalam kuesioner yaitu skala Likert. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 59 responden. Teknik Penganalisisan data dengan menggunakan rumus Person Product Moment. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner dapat dilihat bahwa ada perbandingan antara harapan dan kenyataan. Harapan 72,58% < 80,13% Kenyataan= Sangat Puas. Melalui hasil uji Korelasi yang menunjukkan (ttabel ) 1,69726 < 11,77 (thitung). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dikategorikan Puas dalam menggunakan aplikasi Tinder.
