Abstract

PT. Citra Tobindo Sukses Perkasa is a coal mining company that uses dump trucks and conveyor belts as a means of transportation. This means of transportation is needed by the company to support the achievement of the set production targets. The importance of these facilities is not supported by field conditions that cause problems that interfere with the performance of these tools. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to carry out evaluation and analysis efforts to improve the performance of transportation equipment from the mining front to the marketing stockpile so that it can run optimally. These efforts are expected to meet the company's production target by February 2020. The analysis was carried out based on circumstances without modification and modification. The maximum analysis results were obtained by modifying the results of 232,32% for the Hitachi Zaxis 350 H Excavator and Hino FM 260 TI Dump Truck and 163,05% for the CV-01 belt conveyor, JLU 3024 roll crusher, and CV-03 conveyor belt.
