Abstract
The development of occupational health and safety modules with a problem solving approach has been implemented and applied to the SMK Raja PGRI students of Tanjung Raja. This research is a development research that aims to produce learning media that can support the learning process in the subjects of basic automotive technology. The subjects in this study were students of class X TKR 1 SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja. The study used the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection techniques performed were expert validation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study are: (1) based on the results of validation validation in the expert evaluation stage the learning media are declared valid from the design and content aspects and are revised based on the advice from the validation expert. (2) from the evaluation of the small group stage the average score percentage is 83.44% so that it can be said that the learning media developed by researchers is very practical. (3) from the evaluation of the field test stage the average score percentage is 74.81% so that it can be said that learning media developed by practical researchers. From the results of these stages it can be concluded that health and safety modules with work problem solving approaches are valid and practical Keywords: Development, occupational health and safety module, problem solving, valid, practical approach
