Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of leadership style on the work performance at cv Alga Palembang. Based on theory by W.J.Reddin, dimension of leadership style is shown by task orientation, relationship orientation, result orientation, orientation of the organization. Population in this research were all employees at cv alga Palembang, which amounts to 35 people. The technique used in collecting the samples was saturated sampling, so that the samples in this research were all employees at cv alga Palembang which amounts to 35 people. This research used primary data which obtained through questionnaire and the method used in analyzing the data was simple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the dimension of leadership style can explain or influence significantly about 78.6 % on the employees performance at cv alga Palembang.
