Abstract

Bangka Belitung Council Secretariat is one of the government office that is engaged in organizing activities as well as bureaucracy and administration held in the area of ​​the Bangka Belitung Province. In order to maximize efficiency and transparency in the Official Travel process, an integrated system is created so that the process of carrying out official trips can be carried out properly without harming any factors. This research explains the idea of ​​a Technology Acceptance Model approach by Vincent Dutot (2015) at the Bangka Belitung Council Secretariat in order to find out what factors influence the acceptance of the application of Control Cards at the Bangka Belitung Council Secretariat, using the Path Analysis Trimming Method. The questionnaire was distributed using a Likert scale questionnaire. The variables tested were Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention of Use and Actual System Use. The results of this study are the variables that can support the application of the Control Card are the Behavioral Intention of Use variable. Meanwhile, the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Actual System Use do not support the application of the Control Card.
