Abstract

The objectives of this research are to measure how far influence current ratio respect to return on investment, and to analyze used of liquidity and profitability respect working Capital at financial company that listed on Indonesia stock exchange. Research finding has shown that during period of years 2005-2009, used working Capital performance was decrease, and increase liquidities and profitability ratio : current ratio, cash ratio, quick ratio, working Capital to total asset ratio, operating income ratio, operating ratio, and retum on investment (ROI). Increasing equally become at 2007, while at 2008 becoming decreased, and at 2009 be increased again. In order to improve the working Capital of the firm, management of the firm may increase current ratio level and pressed operation cost, finally it can be maximum profitability of the firm.
