Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : pelatihan terhadap prestasi karyawan Radio mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kegiatan Palembang dengan pelatihan dan pendidikan. I) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Trijaya FM Palembang. 2) Untuk operasional Radio Trijaya FM Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 35 karyawan Radio Trijaya FM Palembang, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilaksanakan ternyata berpengaruh terhadap prestasi yang diselenggarakan oleh Radio Trijaya FM Palembang karyawanya. Hubungan yang ada bersifat linier. Pelatihan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap melaksanakan proses produksi di Radio Trijaya FM Palembang ternyata berpengaruh terhadap prestasi dan kualitas karyawan dalam melaksanakan proses produksi di Radio Trijaya FM
