Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan survey yang dilakukan pada pelanggan kartu XL di Zinc Celi jalan Sudirman palembang dengan judul Pengaruh Endorser iklan kartu XL terhadap pembentukan Brand Jmage. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Attractivness, Trustworthiness dan Expertise terhadap Brand Image kartu XL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yaiiu melalui penyebaran kuisioner, dengant total responden sebanyak 80 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah dengan pengujian secara parsial yaitu uji T dan pengujian secara simullan yaitu uji F. serta Analisis Regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa faktor Attrcictivness dan Trustworthiness secara signifikan terhadap Brand Jmage kartu XE dimana faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah Trustworthiness
